We offer all EMBL groups and visitors support with all aspects of high-throughput microscopy experiments: planning of a project, sample preparation, selection and usage of the microscope, image processing and visualisation, data transfer and storage.

  We have long standing experience in RNAi transfection, siRNA design.
• RNAi libraries
  The ALMF has several siRNA libraries in stock and offer to help with custom selection of siRNA libraries.
• Drug screening in collaboration with the Chemical Biology Core Facility
• High-Throughput Microscopes
  Our facility helps you selecting the appropriate microscope and supports you with sample preparation and image acquisition during your high-throughput project.
• Image and Data Analysis
  We support you with image processing and data analysis using open source and in-house developed software packages.
• Microscope automation
  The ALMF staff helps you with microscope automation e.g. communication between image acquisition and image analysis enabling you to image.
• Supported formats
  Several plate and chambered slides are useable with our microscopes.
