Ensuring that EMBL leads by example as a fair, diverse and inclusive workplace

Ensuring equality and diversity balance among EMBL personnel and fostering awareness and skills relevant to its promotion contributes to research excellence and ensures that EMBL serves as a model for research organisations across Europe.


We work across EMBL’s six sites to raise awareness of EDI issues as they pertain to staff and to deliver key policy changes, ensuring that no member of staff is disadvantaged because of their characteristics.
