EDI Governance Structure

Three new Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion structures have been set up to drive EMBL’s EDI activities: the EDI Office, the EDI Forum, and the EDI Governing Body.

EDI Office

The EDI Office funnels ideas about strategic directions and their implementation to the Governing Body for discussion and approval.

The EDI Office funnels ideas about strategic directions and their implementation to the Governing Body for discussion and approval.

EDI Governing Body

The Governing Body consists of a team of senior staff whom the EDI Office will engage with, to ensure that the EDI supports EMBL’s organisational goals.
