What we do?

The EMBL Genomics Core Facility (GeneCore) provides comprehensive support for a wide range of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) applications. We assist researchers in processing nucleic acid samples from diverse and often complex biological studies using advanced genomic technologies.

Our goal is to provide a user-focused service environment that combines state-of-the-art sequencing platforms with expert scientific support. We offer high-quality standard NGS services while continuously adopting new methodologies to expand and improve our capabilities.

Through our evolving infrastructure and technical expertise, we ensure that researchers have access to reliable, innovative, and efficient NGS solutions.
