Alice has a background in Sociology, with a particular interest in LGBTQ representation, and has previously worked with UCL to produce reports for equalities charter marks.
Merielli has a background in Political Philosophy, with a particular interest in social justice and equality, and has previously worked at higher educations institutions developing EDI policies and procedures.
