Postdoctoral fellowships available in the Zaugg lab

We have some exciting Postdoctoral projects in our lab within the EMBL Interdisciplinary Postdoc Program (deadline 10th Sept 2015).

Potential projects include:

  • Combining proteomics and genomics for understanding the effect of regulatory variation across individuals, e.g. during ageing (collaboration with Anne-Claude Gavin)
  • Investigating the causal effect of DNA methylation on gene expression (collaboration with Min Noh)
  • Deciphering the molecular cause of pulmonary arterial hypertension (collaboration with Mike Snyder at Stanford)
  • Investigating the effect of metabolism on chromatin modifications and gene regulation (collaboration with Kiran Patil)
