Genetic control of innate animal behavior
We welcome students and postdoctoral researchers interested in genetics, genomics, neuroscience, evolution, and computational biology. Our group is also currently recruiting a research technician. For all questions, please contact Jenny Chen.
Successful candidates will be expected to develop independent research ideas and take a strong leading role on his/her projects. We encourage applications from candidates with either computational or experimental backgrounds. Students will have the opportunity to develop novel computational genomics methods, analyze single-cell transcriptomic and multi-omic datasets, perform high-throughput sequencing experiments, and/or design and conduct mouse behavioral assays.
