We welcome our new colleague Anusha Gopalan to the Advanced Light Microscopy Facility. Anusha received her Ph.D. in Biology jointly from EMBL and Heidelberg University in 2023. She then held a shared position as a Staff Scientist at the Light Microscopy Core Facilities of the Institute of Molecular Biology and the Faculty of Biology at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Her expertise spans fluorescence techniques for the study of molecular dynamics (FCS, FRAP), force spectroscopy (AFM and optical tweezers), microrheology, single-molecule imaging, and image analysis.
