Our inspiring educational experiences share the scientific discoveries of EMBL with young learners aged 10-19 years and teachers in Europe and beyond. We belong to EMBL’s Science Education and Public Engagement office.

Ask EMBL… anything!

Have you ever wondered…

1407_40q1How do you pronounce “Helicobacter pylori”? How does genetic sequencing work? How do I become the director general of a top international research facility?

As part of our 40th anniversary celebration, we’re asking you to ask EMBL…anything!

Submit your question via Facebook, Twitter @EMBLorg, Google+ or YouTube, tagged #EMBL40Q, or via the form below. Questions can come in any format, and in any of our member states’ languages, but will be answered in English.

Forty questions will be chosen based on their relevance to EMBL’s expertise and audience interest, and answered by EMBL experts until the end of the year.

Keep an eye on our social media pages and this website to see if your question has been selected. Who knows – you might just learn something unexpected!
