EMBL Fit for Spring in the Library

As part of EMBL Fit for Spring 2025, from May 12 to 16, the Szilárd Library joins the Health and Safety Office, and invites you to take part in a week full of exciting and engaging activities designed to boost both your physical and mental well-being.

Yoga with Iva in the Library

Join us for a Hatha – Vinyasa yoga class accessible to all body types, whether you’re looking to build strength or improve flexibility. 

Iva teaches in Hatha / Vinyasa styles, also with the focus on breath, meditation and relaxation techniques which help to deepen the practice and experience the inner focus. Teaching Yoga is very rewarding to her as it gives her the opportunity to help people, and to see the improvement in people’s physical and mental health.

Please wear appropriate clothing and bring your own mat.
