Become an EMBL events reporter

EMBL’s programme of conferences and symposia is recognised as offering some of the best training and development for life researchers in the world. In an effort to share these unique events with scientists who cannot attend, EMBL is offering free places to conference reporters who will post to social media from within the conference. This trial is being offered for all conferences and symposia taking place at EMBL Heidelberg, Germany.

Picture of the week

This image is a composite of lateral pentascolopidial organs, a wing imaginal disc pouch, and an epithelial wound in a Drosophila larva. The organs are arranged here like eyelashes. Cells surrounding an epidermal wound appear as the iris and pupil of this artistic eye.
