200kV Transmission Electron Microscope
The JEOL JEM 2100Plus is a versatile TEM for 2D screening, large-area montaging as well as tomography. It is equipped with a fast, high-sensitivity 20 Megapixel CMOS camera (EMSIS Xarosa) and runs SerialEM for automated multi-position acquisitions. Depending on the type and thickness of the specimen the acceleration voltage can be chosen from 80 to 200 kV.
