EditThe Bioinformatics Services provide training, consultancy and bioinformatics analysis with the goal to facilitate quantitative data approaches.
The Service has particular expertise in high volume sequencing data experimental design, data processing, pipeline development & troubleshooting, and statistics.
Analyses are primarily based on open source software in order to foster training, data exchange and reuse, and promote researcher autonomy. Computing resources are are available both on site as well as via high-speed links to other EMBL sites, including high performance computing at EMBL Heidelberg and EMBL-EBI.
