From games to workshops, the team at EMBL Rome will be sharing their science with a dash of joy at the 2025 European Researchers’ Night (ERN). Organised by the Italian National Research Council (CNR). the ERN is an annual event which in 2024 involved 25 scientific partners, 300 volunteers, and more than 70 activities.

EMBL Barcelona will be part of the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) open day on Saturday October 5th, when the public are invited to explore labs, workshops and fun activities throughout the campus. The EMBL team will be playing fun games and offering lab tours, as well as hosting scientific talks. Its base at the PRBB also means EMBL Barcelona is right by the beach, so it’s possible to mix science and surf all in one day out!

Parvis des Sciences is a popular annual event organised in Grenoble by the GIANT campus, of which EMBL Grenoble is a founding member. The EMBL team will offer a range of creative and fun activities, including a game that invites participants to learn about AI by thinking like a machine!
