A central aim of this aspect of the Programme is to strengthen EMBL’s position as an internationally attractive employer of highly skilled scientists, as well as technical and operational staff from around the world. How we attract, reward, develop, engage, and retain our people, and ensure their well-being is central to this pillar.  In particular, it includes adjusting recruitment strategies to attract leading professionals from disciplines less familiar with EMBL, such as engineers, mathematicians, data scientists, theoreticians, physicists, and chemists.
