Rebecca Nicholl

Since a promotion in September 2022, Rebecca is the Marketing and Communications Manager within the EMBL-EBI Training team. She manages the marketing and advertisement of the training programme via social media, journals, forums, print, and online advertising.

Rebecca previously held the role of Event and Marketing Officer within the team, with specialist responsibility for the team's presence at conferences and exhibitions. She joined the EMBL-EBI Training team in April 2019 having previously worked on the Wellcome Genome Campus as Events Organiser at Hinxton Hall.

Rebecca has worked in the events industry since graduating from the University of Kent with a 2:1 in Religious Studies in 2012.
