Csaba Halmagyi

Csaba is the Technical Lead for the European Genome-phenome Archive (EGA), the controlled access resource for managing sensitive human data jointly run by EMBL-EBI and the Centre for Genomic Regulation. He is responsible for managing EGA's software development team as well as liaising with external and internal stakeholders.

Prior to joining EGA he was a Senior Software Engineer working on the PDXFinder (https://www.cancermodels.org) project in the Samples, Phenotypes and Ontologies team at EMBL-EBI.
