Anmol Jaywant Hemrom

Anmol joined the Training team at EMBL-EBI as a DevOps Engineer in January 2022. He is involved in applying DevOps methodologies to support training courses including software installation, testing, and management of training infrastructures on-premises and public cloud.

Anmol has a PhD in Bio-cyberinfrastructure from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. He has over 14 years of experience working on HPC and cloud technologies. Previously, he has also worked as a Galaxy developer and trainer and involved in delivering bioinformatics training on the Galaxy platform.

His interest is in automation, infrastructure as a code, and DevOps approaches.
