This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2,228 curated human complexes, plus complexes from many other species<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14,964 new machine-learning predicted complexes from hu.MAP3.0. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-confidence assemblies predicted on large-scale experimental data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training based on 2150 high quality manually curated human Complex portal complexes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Explore <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biorxiv.org\/content\/10.1101\/2024.10.11.617930v1.full\">hu.MAP3.0: Atlas of human protein complexes by integration of > 25,000 proteomic experiments<\/a> for further details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A new Complex Navigator tool available to facilitate comparison of complexes.
