More than 45 exhibits invite visitors aged 14 and above to engage with science and understand its relevance for individuals and society at large \u2013 for example, through fundamental insights into the development and prevention of cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From May 2023, one day a week is dedicated to visits by members of the public and school groups that wish to discover the exhibition through guided tours. All visits must be pre-booked via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/about\/world-of-molecular-biology\/\">World of Molecular Biology webpage.<\/a> Workshops for school groups will be available from this summer.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"vf-embed vf-embed--16x9 | vf-u-margin__bottom--400\">\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YVB3FQxBv00\" frameborder=\"0\" controls allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n  \n<figcaption class=\"vf-figure__caption vf-u-margin__top--200\">Discover \u2018The World of Molecular Biology\u2019 \u2013 an EMBL exhibition.<\/figcaption>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have worked on the concept and build of this exhibition for years,\u201d said Verena Viarisio, Exhibition Manager. \u201cIn the last months, we developed, tested and tweaked the tours, and we are now very excited to see the exhibition meet its purpose: inspiring visitors with our curiosity about the inner workings of life!\u201d&nbsp; <br \/><br \/>The interactive bilingual exhibition covers two floors of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/about\/info\/imaging-centre\/\">EMBL Imaging Centre<\/a> in Heidelberg.
