During our stay, we collaborated closely with the University of Malta, engaging in a wide range of activities encompassing scientific research, education, and public outreach. We worked alongside local researchers to support various scientific projects, sharing expertise and fostering collaborative efforts.<\/p>\n

Our team delivered lectures on advanced technologies, which were complemented by hands-on sessions and live demonstrations. In addition, we organized multiple tours of the Advanced Mobile Laboratory, with a special focus on engaging school groups. These tours featured interactive activities and educational games designed to make our work accessible and engaging to younger audiences.<\/p>\n

A highlight of our outreach efforts was the honor of hosting distinguished guests, including the President of Malta, H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono; the Minister of Education, Hon. Clifton Grima; and the Parliamentary Secretary for Youth, Research and Innovation, Hon. Keith Azzopardi Tanti.<\/p>\n<\/article>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

We held the “Flow Cytometry and Cell Sorting” workshop together with the EMBL Flow Cytometry Core Facilities from Heidelberg and Rome.
