Students will have access and training to cutting-edge technologies to measure interactions and to precisely determine the stability, shape and size of different biomolecules and biomolecular assemblies. The SPC facility currently covers a broad range of biophysical techniques, including calorimetry, mass spectrometry, circular dichroism, fluorescence, microscale thermophoresis, dynamic\/static light scattering, infrared spectroscopy, surface plasmon resonance and biolayer interferometry.
