Moritz Pfleiderer, the first PhD student in the Galej group, has successfully defended his thesis last Thursday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the PhD, Moritz studied multi-subunit Integrator complex, which is involved in transcription attenuation and snRNAs 3′-end processing. His results were recently published in Molecular Cell<\/a><\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a 3h-long examination conducted by Lori Passmore, Marin Jinek, Christoph Muller and Carlo Petosa, the Jury unanimously awarded him a PhD degree. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
