We encourage you to explore our services and contact us for any inquiries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides common wet lab equipment, the FCF houses an Attune NxT benchtop analyzer (4 lasers), a BD FACSARIA Fusion cell sorter in a BSL-2 hood (5 lasers), a BD FACSMelody cell sorter (3 lasers), and a Chromium Controller from 10X Genomics for single cell profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analyzers and sorters are available for self-service use after operator training has been successfully completed. Assisted services are offered for non-trained users upon request. All services can be booked directly by registered users via our online booking system <a href=\"https:\/\/ppms.embl.de\/?RomeFCF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A wide range of applications including gene reporter assays, single cell cloning, gene expression analysis, multicolor cell immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, intracellular signaling analysis, cytokine production, etc, may be performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FCF is available for use by external groups.
