The high-power white light laser with up to eight lines freely tunable from 440 to 790 nm enables imaging of unusual dye combinations and facilitates working with far-red dyes in contrast to our conventional laser scanning microscopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the system is equipped with Leica\u2019s TauSense-modes which take advantage of fluorescence lifetime-based information e.g. for multiplexing or suppression of autofluorescence.
