Per fare questo, verr\u00e0 utilizzato uno strumento chiamato EMBOSS Transeq (European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite Transeq). Questo strumento disponibile sul web simula la traduzione di sequenze di mRNA in sequenze di aminoacidi rappresentati secondo il codice ad una lettera.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"vf-tabs__section\" id=\"vf-tabs__section-32674fb1-207c-4a6b-89f8-77e2ff778cec\"><h2>Il tuo compito<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Procedere come descritto sotto:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aprite la tabulazione &#8220;Sequence 1&#8221; e copiate per intero la sequenza di mRNA che inizia con <strong>&gt;Sequence1 <\/strong>(comando Ctrl.+C).<\/li><li>Incollate la sequenza nucleotidica nel box di ricerca EMBOSS Transeq (comando Ctrl. + V).<\/li><li>Seguite le istruzioni nella tabulazione &#8220;EMBOSS Transeq&#8221; per tradurre la sequenza.<\/li><li>Osservate la proteina e cercate di rispondere alle domande nella tabulazione &#8220;Questions&#8221;.<\/li><li>Ripetere il procedimento per le 4
