Innan du startar bioinformatik-analysen utifr\u00e5n dessa prover, l\u00e4s nedanst\u00e5ende f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur resultat fr\u00e5n DNA-sekvensering presenteras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resultat fr\u00e5n DNA-sekvensering kan visualiseras p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Sekvenserings-kromatogram<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"vf-grid | vf-grid__col-3\"><div class=\"vf-grid__col--span-2\"><!--[vf\/content]-->\n<div class=\"vf-content\">\n\n<p>Ett sekvenserings-kromatogram visar data som producerats av sekvenseringsmaskinen som s\u00e5 kallade \u201cpeaks\u201d.\nOlika f\u00e4rger anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r var och en av de 4 baserna:\n<br>A =&nbsp;<span style=\"color:green\">gr\u00f6n<\/span>&nbsp;, C =&nbsp;<span style=\"color:blue\">bl\u00e5<\/span>&nbsp;, G = svart, T =&nbsp;<span style=\"color:red\">r\u00f6d<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DNA-sekvensen kan \u201cl\u00e4sas\u201d som en sekvens med enskilda &#8220;peaks&#8221;. Text filer i FASTA format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FASTA format \u00e4r ett textbaserat format som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att visa och lagra nukleinsyrasekvenser (DNA and RNA) och aminosyrasekvenser (protein).Varje sekvens startar med en rad med ett st\u00f6rre-\u00e4n-tecken (&gt;) och en beskrivande rubrik (det h\u00e4r \u00e4r namnet p\u00e5 sekvensen). Namnet p\u00e5 sekvensen l\u00e4ggs till utan att anv\u00e4nda mellanslagstangenten. D\u00e4refter f\u00f6ljer rader med sekvensdata.
