If you click on a picture of one of the protein structures you can open an interactive 3D protein viewer (alternatively, click on \u201cView in 3D\u201d and then select the \u201cAstex Viewer\u201d). Please note that you might be asked to grant permission to Java at this stage. You are now viewing a three-dimensional ribbon-cartoon structure of GFP. You can use your cursor to rotate the structure.
