It provides an insight into how omics and imaging methods are used to study cell structure and function, as well as their impact on current research. Designed to support classroom teaching, the course encourages educators to explore new ways of presenting cell biology to students. The course also aims to enable conversation between EMBL researchers and educators from around the world. Participants will explore theory and practice, focusing on how imaging and omics techniques are changing our understanding of cells.

Application deadline: 21 September 2025.

Visit the course page to find out more.

Apply here

Cell biology explores how cells function and interact, and with omics, we can now uncover the molecular details behind these processes.
