“Connecting the classroom with genomic research”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This October, we are delighted to be running for the second year our innovative train-the-trainer course for European educators and teacher trainers who want to learn more about genomics. The course, which will take place from 7-9 October 2024 at EMBL in Heidelberg, Germany, is designed to enhance your ability to provide professional development in genomics to fellow educators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will attend seminars with EMBL scientists, visit research facilities and receive training on EMBL’s new ‘From DNA to therapy’ classroom resource. This course offers a unique opportunity to become a certified EMBL Teacher Ambassador, enabling you to deliver EMBLconnect courses following the EMBL teacher training model in your local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
