{"id":22484,"date":"2017-11-08T17:56:30","date_gmt":"2017-11-08T16:56:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/emblog.embl.de\/ells\/?p=22484"},"modified":"2021-06-23T08:01:04","modified_gmt":"2021-06-23T08:01:04","slug":"applications-llab-spring-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/ells\/2017\/11\/08\/applications-llab-spring-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications invited for ELLS LearningLAB in Spring 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Apply now for the upcoming ELLS LearningLAB in Heidelberg, Germany, running from <span class=\"st\">25<sup>th<\/sup> to 27<sup>th <\/sup>March 2018<\/span>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>The European Learning Laboratory for the Life Sciences (ELLS) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.explo-heidelberg.de\/index.php\/lernlabor-seite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ExploHeidelberg Teaching Lab<\/a> invite European secondary school science teachers to apply for the <strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ELLS LearningLAB &#8220;The molecule of life: decoding the message of DNA&#8221;<\/span><\/strong>, taking place in Heidelberg <span class=\"st\">between 25<sup>th<\/sup> and 27<sup>th <\/sup>March 2018. <\/span>The 2.5-day professional training course for secondary school science teachers will consist of a mix of seminars by EMBL scientists, hands-on activities, lab experiments, visits to state-of-the-art research facilities at EMBL and presentations of teaching resources<span style=\"color: #000000;\">.
