InterPro now features hundreds of new methods integrated from partner databases, and InterProScan draws on over 40000 entries.

InterPro version 96.0

New features include:

• The addition of 1146 InterPro entries.
• An update to Pfam (36.0).
• Integration of 1127 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (25), CDD (40), NCBIfam (5), PANTHER (9), Pfam (1048) databases.

InterPro 96.0 covers 81.7% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2023_04. 

It predicts (GO) terms for over 145 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.

InterProScan 5.64-96.0 uses data from the newly released InterPro 96.0, which contains 40,338 entries.
