InterPro 92.0 integrates 359 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (7), CDD (239), PANTHER (105), PRINTS (2), Pfam (6) databases, and covers 81.8% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2022_05. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 133 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro.
