InterPro version 91.0 and InterProScan 5.59-91.0 are now available. InterPro now features hundreds of new methods integrated from partner databases, and InterProScan draws on over 38000 entries.
InterPro 91.0 integrates 422 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (14), CDD (295), PANTHER (108), PRINTS (1), Pfam (1), SMART (1), SUPERFAMILY (2) databases, and covers 81.8% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2022_04. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 133 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro.
