Release News

There have been 3 releases in June (R165-167). The IntAct database now contains 6520 publications, 18,909 experiments and 331,895 binary interactions.

Dataset of the Month

Joshi et al. have produced a global T cell protein interaction network for all 11 human HDACs, essential epigenetic regulators of gene transcription, by integrating fluorescence microscopy, immunoaffinity purifications and quantitative mass spectrometry. The group observed over 200 previously unreported interactions suggesting new functionalities for this protein family.
