This month we feature a dataset by Fujiwara and colleagues on Arabidopsis thaliana. Their data were submitted directly to IntAct as part of the publication process, and can be searched using IMEx ID IM-22071 on the IntAct website and the IMEx Consortium pages.

Here is the paper: Fujiwara M, Uemura T, Ebine K, et al. (2014) Interactomics of Qa-SNARE in Arabidopsis thaliana. Plant & Cell Physiology

If you would like your data to become our dataset of the month, please submit the set prior to publication. You can e-mail us at intact-help@ebi.ac.uk

Updates for this release

There are two releases in April: R177 and R178. The IntAct database now contains 12,659 publications, 32,878 experiments and 445,718 binary interactions.

The Complex Portal

The IntAct team would like to announce the first release of the Complex Portal – an encyclopaedia of macro-molecular complexes from major model organisms.

Please take a look, and let us know what you think at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/intact/complex/. We’ll continue to add both content and functionality as time goes on, so welcome your suggestions.
