Between Friday 22nd December and Tuesday 2nd January ENA services such as submissions and retrieval will continue to be available. However, during this period our Helpdesk staff, including the developers of our submission and data access tools, will largely not be available to respond to incoming requests for support should you require assistance using the services; rather, requests over the period will be dealt with upon the return of staff in the new year.

Please also note that database entries due to be made available to the public between 22 December and 3rd January, inclusive, will not be released until 4th January.
