InterPro 90.0 integrates 473 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (7), CDD (2), PANTHER (4), Pfam (459), SUPERFAMILY (1) databases, and covers 82.0% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2022_03. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 132 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our FTP site.
