The time has come to say goodbye to the ArrayExpress interface and hello to the brand new ArrayExpress collection within BioStudies. All datasets have now been migrated from  ArrayExpress into the BioStudies ArrayExpress collection. We will therefore switch off the current ArrayExpress interface on 30 September 2022.

From this date:

• New data will only be added to the BioStudies ArrayExpress collection

• The homepage https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress will redirect to https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress
• The experiment pages will redirect to the corresponding study pages in BioStudies
• The access control tool for submitters will be deactivated

What you will need to do:

• If you are a submitter, please activate your BioStudies account to view your private data and get links for reviewers. From the 30 September 2022, you will also be using this account to do post-submission changes, i.e. update release dates or add publication records.
  Note that Annotare will continue to serve as the submission tool, no change here. 
• If you are using the ArrayExpress API for programmatic access, update your processes to use the new endpoints.
