InterPro 88.0 integrates 45 new methods from the CATH-Gene3D (14), CDD (7), PANTHER (13), PRINTS (1), Pfam (2), SMART (1), SUPERFAMILY (7) databases, and covers 82.0% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2022_01. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 135 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
The new release includes an update to UniParc (uniparc_match.tar.gz) matches to InterPro methods. You can find this on our ftp site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/interpro.
