InterPro 83.0 integrates 462 new methods from the SMART (2), TIGRFAMs (2), Pfam (3), PANTHER (140), HAMAP (19), CDD (286), SFLD (10) databases, and covers 80.3% of UniProt Knowledgebase release 2020_06. It predicts Gene Ontology (GO) terms for over 120 million UniProt proteins via the InterPro2GO pipeline.
