There will be two workshops on the second day. The first workshop, “Owning Your Development“, will focus on giving you the skills to explore and shape your own personal development path. Through the workshop, various tools and techniques will be introduced to help you to get into the driving seat and to map out what comes next in your own development. You will also learn the steps needed to be proactive in shaping your own development path.
The second workshop, “How to Guide Development of Others”, will focus on how you can support less experienced team members to perform to the best of their ability. We believe feedback and coaching are essential skills for a healthy working relationship. In this workshop, you will learn a variety of feedback, coaching, and mentoring tools that will help you to support junior researchers in your team and build a supportive, high-performance, and highly engaging team.
