Art nurtures creativity, innovation and cultural diversity for all peoples across the globe and plays an important role in sharing knowledge and encouraging curiosity and dialogue, as stated on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\/days\/world-art\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.unesco.org\/en\/days\/world-art\">UNESCO World Art Day webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One in-house extraordinary example of the art\/science crossover theme is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/ells\/2025\/04\/03\/unfold-your-world-of-molecular-biology\/\">limited-edition showcase<\/a> of protein-inspired artwork by teenagers from across Europe, created as part of SEPE EMBL\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/unfold-your-world\/\">Unfold Your World<\/a> project, and now on display at The World of Molecular Biology exhibition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Featuring crochet cats, giant medusa heads and a 3-D protein flower bouquet, the collection will be displayed until the end of summer only.
