On the occasion of 50th EMBL and 45th Szil\u00e1rd Library anniversary, we looked at the data available from our library systems from 1998 to 2023 about book loans and borrowers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the last 25 years and we proudly count 17980 book loans from 5637 borrowers. In addition to this number created by conscientious users, there are thousands of books borrowed in a hurry, and also those borrowed prior to the system automatization, of which we sadly have no loan record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We present the most wanted print book in Szil\u00e1rd Library and significant moments from our acquisition and circulation records!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
