User guides can be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.europepmc.org\/emss\/local\/Help\/\">EuropePMC Plus User Guide<\/a> page; the guide specific to the submission process can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.europepmc.org\/emss\/local\/Help\/pi.pdf\">here<\/a>.
