An overview of EMBL&#8217;s research is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/research\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.embl.org\/research\/\">available here<\/a>. In addition, external partners from academia, industry, clinics and museums with active researchers may also take part on EIPOD projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants apply to one of three available tracks based on their research interests and career aspirations. The <strong>academic track is<\/strong> designed for fellows largely interested in pursuing a classical academic career. The <strong>industry track<\/strong> supports interdisciplinary research projects involving an industry partner or applied research projects.
