This talk will outline the dominant EDI issues for funders and will discuss the steps the NIHR is making to become a more inclusive funder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biography<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In her role as Head of EDI, Esther leads the ongoing development and implementation of the NIHR\u2019s EDI strategy, helping to embed it across all of the organisation’s activities and the wide range of people that NIHR brings together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
