To enter the course a basic understanding of mass spectrometry-based proteomics is beneficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modules\/Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The principles of proteome quantification by stable isotope labeling (SILAC and TMT), label-free, and targeted proteomics<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Introduction how various types of mass spectrometers can be used for
