If you are interested in receiving more information please register your interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bioimage analysis is a cornerstone of modern biological research, as advanced microscopy produces complex data requiring expert guidance to ensure accurate, quantitative results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This course addresses this need by focusing on cutting-edge concepts and tools for quantitative image analysis, including OME-Zarr-based data management, AI and natural language processing, 3D segmentation, image registration, and research integrity in AI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Addressing the rapidly increasing size of data, a session will also be dedicated to image data management and standardization.
