Breakthroughs in AI-based image analysis have further accelerated discovery, generating vast, high-dimensional datasets that reveal unprecedented details of cellular organisation and dynamics. However, these developments bring new challenges in experimental design, data integration, and interpretation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course will adopt a systems-level, holistic approach to these challenges, offering cutting-edge, hands-on training in advanced imaging, quantitative analysis, and complementary biophysical methods. Expert instructors will guide participants in selecting and combining techniques to move beyond the limitations of individual approaches to better understand complex cellular processes. By bringing together participants from diverse scientific backgrounds, the course will foster interdisciplinary collaboration and critical thinking. Eligible costs include costs incurred for equipment or adaptations to the course environment, or travel costs for an event companion to assist the participant or speaker during the course where necessary. While we do our best to accommodate needs, please note that extensive changes to the course environment might not be possible. An adaptor and a plug that fits the German socket may be needed for your appliances\/laptop (i.e. American, Japanese, etc.).
